The Opportunity
An established building services provider is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to support a growing portfolio of commercial properties across Guildford and the surrounding region.

What You'll Be Doing
- Service and maintain commercial gas boilers, heating systems, and associated plant.
- Carry out reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Complete all job reports and compliance documentation accurately.
- Ensure work is carried out in line with current Gas Safe regulations and health and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients by providing a professional and reliable service.
- Travel to commercial sites throughout Guildford and nearby areas.
What We're Looking For
- Current ACS Commercial Gas qualifications.
- Proven experience within commercial gas engineering or building services.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
