Senatek Recruitment was founded in 2025 by Jordan Camm to serve the sectors driving the UK and Europe's biggest engineering challenge: building, powering and maintaining the infrastructure of tomorrow. From grid upgrades and data centre expansion to the race for renewable capacity, demand for exceptional technical talent has never been higher — and the cost of a wrong hire never greater.
We work exclusively in power & energy, critical infrastructure & data centres, building services & facilities, and renewables & energy storage. That focus is deliberate. It means we know the projects, the salary benchmarks, the qualifications that matter and — most importantly — the people.

Jordan Camm
Founder & Director
Jordan founded Senatek after seeing first-hand how the engineering and infrastructure sectors were being let down by volume-driven recruitment. Working across the built environment and energy markets, one thing became clear: the businesses delivering the UK and Europe's most critical projects need a partner who understands them — not another agency chasing placements.
Today Jordan works directly with leadership teams across all four of Senatek's sectors, personally managing every search from briefing to offer. Clients get senior-level market insight; candidates get honest, confidential career guidance from someone who knows their world.
